EMPATHY - THINK, PAIR, SHARE
- What does home mean for you?
- Use your five senses -
- What does home feel like?
- What does home taste like?
- What does home smell like?
- What does home sound like?
- What does home look like?
- If you had to leave home and take only a suitcase of possessions with you, what would you pack and why?
- What would you not be able to take with you but want to pack?
My answer is this:
1.shelter 2. -safe -food -yummy food -podcast -pretty (at least my bedroom is) 3. My teddy bear, money, family, things important to me,daily needs and ipad. 4.decoration from my bedroom, art that I made.
I researched and found some data:
REFUGEES DATA
1.why are so many refugees comes from Afghanistan,Syria,Sudan,Myanmar and Somalia?
These countries are often affected by war, unrest, and conflict, leading to the displacement of their citizens.(from Bing.com)
2.how many refugees are children?
47 MILLION are children(according to UNHCR)
I think that is a really big number so I think making toys for the children’s will be really effective.
If I am a refugee, and a police officer said no more refugees so I can’t go into other countries too escape the war :
I will be very sad and angry since we don't have shelter, food and water. but on the other hand, we cannot fight the police officers since he have weapons. I will be really frustrated and go miserable.
NO MORE WARS!
