By Hasti: Part 1;The Tinkercad skills, I think it was amazing, the program was great in my opinion, it was great, The 3D printing skills it was great it helped us to print very well, but it takes some houres, but the end it looks great, A bout Prototyping so it is a small version of it like a copy, A bout Presentation skills so we were also working on it how we were presenting it, Giving and receiving feedback first of all we were giving our own thoughts and ideas plus our work, and then we receive our work plus our ideas, Reflect on which skill I have improved the most for me and how this happened during the project, first of all I listing to other peoples thoughts plus ideas and then I look at my own ides how can I improve my own self,Part 2: Linking Learning to the Design Process In this section, explain how I can learned during my research and conceptual thinking
influenced your design process, first of all I research in a very careful way and then I get the information and write it dowen, but I will make make it sure that I know it and then past it, What is refugee? refugee means a person foures to leave there own countries, How many children are refugees? According to UNHCR, over 2 million children were born as refugees from 2018 to 2023. What problems do refugee children face? They have to run from school and from there countries and cities, How might a toy improve the life of a refugee? Relieving emotional distress during crises
Toys can improve the life of refugees by relieving emotional distress during crises
1
. They can help children regain a sense of normalcy and delight
2
. Refugee children have used discarded everyday objects to create toys in refugee camps
How would it feel like to be refugee? It feels bad and homeless.

Your choice of toy design, I would choice a very simple design because they are pour,

I dont really have any futures to include in it.

How you tried to show empathy I tried by looking at them.

How you wanted your toy to help refugee children by sharing.

How my toy could help a refugee child, my toy should not be to expensive or be to scary or have bad things in it.

What positive effects it could have (feelings, creativity, learning, comfort, fun.
It can improve mood, enhance creativity, promote learning, provide comfort, and offer fun. Creativity helps us perceive the world in new ways, create beautiful works, problem-solve, and refresh our bodies and minds.

Who else (if anyone) might benefit from this toy and why? Open-ended toys stimulate creativity, sense of humor, sense of discovery, wonder, reasoning, and social development

Part 4; Improving my desing; Gather inspiration from various sources and explore different themes.
Prototyping and testing are essential for refining concepts and gathering user feedback.
Optimize your toy idea by understanding your audience and creatively exploring possibilities.

What feedback did I received
Feedback on a toy design can be obtained by understanding what customers like or dislike about the toy, tracking sales performance, and making informed decisions based on sales data
3
. Designers can receive feedback from children on categories such as play value, form, interaction, function, color, size, desirability, and feasibility.

What changes or improvements you would make based on that feedback
To improve based on feedback from creating a toy, consider the following strategies12345:

Prioritize feedback: Determine which feedback is critical for product success and prioritize it. Implement changes: Act on the feedback to make a difference. Evaluate the impact: Measure the effectiveness of the changes.

What you would do next if you had more time or resources If you had more time or resources to create a toy, consider the following steps135:

Reflect on feedback you received and how you would improve the toy based on that feedback.. Prioritize changes or improvements you would make. Consider additional time or resources you would allocate to specific aspects of toy.

Part 5: Reflecting on the Design Cycle
How did going through the design cycle (inquiring & analyzing, developing ideas, creating
the solution, evaluating) help you make a better toy?
By thinking in a better way a get a better idea or understanding.

What was the most important thing you learned about designing with empathy?

Designing with empathy involves the following key point.
Embracing human needs helps designers produce material that resonates.
Empathic design is used across a variety of industries.
Knowing and understanding users is key to the process.
Empathic design fosters inclusivity.

Part 1: I have learned basic skills in the Tinkercad program with the help of the guides in it.I didn't do the printing yet,so I have nothing to write about it for now.I haven't done the presentation yet.Prototyping was sketching in 2d and 3d.I was doing detailed sketching to make the prototype clean.
Part 2:I have learned that refugee is a person who is forced to leave his country because of the war or any other obstacles that makes it impossible to live safely.Worldwide, about 47.2 million children had been displaced due to conflict and violence as of the end of 2023.Refugee children face a lot of problems, such as: changing the living place for often, lack of resources, lack of money, lack of education and services. The toy can help to loose time and calm down,to get some positive emotions or even educate the child in some way. It is actually hard to be a refugee, because you have no clue what is going to happen in future, refugees have problems with resources, money, living place and government.According to that knowledge I have choose the design that is suitable for the conditions of the living of the refugees. The toy is suitable for the wide range of the ages,it is safe,it does not require any source of energy or water to play with it.It is easy to play with it,no need in instructions. The design is also suitable for kids,it does not promote violence and it is not culturally sensitive. The toy had to be fun and interesting,so I have chose the character from the brainrot. I included the feature of the moving head.I wanted my toy to help children to abstract from the problems and have a good time with it.
Part 3: My toy could have the refugee children to have a good time and get a thing to abstract with from the problems they face in their life. The toy is not hard to produce so it is not costly for the parents to get it,or even some volunteers.
Part 4:I have changed the design several times due to the hardships with producing and designing of the not chosen designs. It helped me to get the solution and make the toy more affordable and interesting. If I had more time to think and do I would make the design a bit harder and the toy more interesting.I would add more features and details in it, or even choose another design.
Part 5:Going throuht design (cycle inquiring & analyzing, developing ideas, creating
the solution, evaluating) helped me to think wisely and make the the design more realistic, suitable for the buyer and ineresting.Inquiring and analysing helped me to understand the needs of the buyer. The developing ideas part helped me to improve the ideas i had.Creating the solution helped me construct the plan and make a toy.Evaluating helped me to reflect on the work that I have done.

So far, I finished creating my three design ideas. The first design is a model of Messi holding the UEFA Champions League cup with his barcelona kit on. My second design is Messi holding the world cup of 2022. He is wearing his Argentina kit and smilling. I think both of the designs are too difficult to design on tinkercad becuase it doesn't have the capability of designing fine items that are extremely detailed. I choose my third design which is a model of a ballon d'or. Overall, it is easier to create a model of it than compared to the previous two. It is golden and silvery with a golden soccer ball on top and a silver crystal like bottom. I started to make it on tinkercad, a design app that is commonly used. I'm familiar with the basic functions of tinkercad and am confident that I can successfully create the final design. At the beginning, I had to do reasearch about the different types of toys for refugees. Then, I came up with the idea of creating a model of a ballon d'or which is the trophie that's worth the most in soccer, and is wildely recognized among the world. My target is for refugee children. They are very lonlely and live in fear. They are often bored and have little to enjoy. In my opinion, models of the ballon d'or can bring them joy while looking at it. My design is made of PLA which is sustainable and has no harmfull effects on the environment. The main problem so far is that my design can't include all the details of the real ballon d'or such as the smoothness and brightness of it. My next step is to finish my final design and use a 3D printer to print the final model. In conclusion, I have finished inquiring and analyzing, developing ideas, a part of evaluating, but not creating the solution. I can improve the solution by using sand paper to make the model smoother and polish it to make it look shinnier. In order for it to look even better I can add additional materials. Fianlly, I will compare the outcome with my initial design and check if it is successfull.
