In this section, I needed technical skills, including pinker, designing skills, 3-D printing skills, prototyping skills, presentation skills, and I have to handle giving and receiving feedback.
Refugee children face a lot of problems, including having to run all the time and they might get really bored so our design class decided to make some toys for them. Because a toy might improve their emotional performance and give them entertainment. because being a refugee is not easy at all. My choice of toy design is a coin to play yes or no with because some kids are indecisive so I designed the coin to help them decide things and this coin might not just help refugees but also help other indecisive people.
First, my design started off as a toy flower, but I realized having a toy flower doesn’t do anything except for making it look like a baseball bat so I decided to make the toy fun and useful. The most important thing I learned about designing this toy is that lots of people out there needs help.(^∇^)
