We should want to make like a make a toy that can make the children refugees happy, not to think about what they do not have like lost of family or not having a place to live... but to think of the good things that are happening now so they can feel happy and live in the present, act like normal children just have fun and play.
The toy that should be made should be for/include:

both genders
children like primary students
Something with no electricity or battery needed so it can hold longer

I know you have not yet finished your design brief, but this is a good start. Keep building on your ideas and make sure to clearly outline your target audience, the problem you are addressing, and any design requirements or constraints.
